The best support path starts inside Dodl. Open the extension, go to Profile, and submit a request from Feedback & Support. Use email if you cannot access the extension, need billing help, or need to follow up outside the app.
Before You Reach Out
Note the Dodl account email you were signed into when the issue happened.
Mention where it happened: onboarding, notes, reports, profile, billing, or export.
List the actions that led to the issue and what you expected instead.
If possible, include a screenshot plus your Chrome version and operating system.

Problems with note saving, syncing, drafts, Google Docs export, and report or template workflows.
Questions about Pro access, billing portal issues, subscription state, or paid features not unlocking.
